THE FIRST LAPTOP i BOUGHT FROM RAIN COMPUTER DID NOT CONNECT TO WI-FI, I EXCHANGED IT AND NOW I HAVE A DIFFERENT PROBLEM, THE LAPTOP GETS VERY HOT, WAY TOO HOT, NOT EVEN NORMAL AND IT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY WITH SERATO DJ SOFTWARE, AND WHEN CONNECTING IT TO MY MIXING CONSOLE YOU CAN HEAR A VERY BAD AND ANNOYING SOUND IN THE BACKGROUND... TOO EXPENSIVE AND DOESNT DO THE JOB, ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND YOU'RE LUCKY IF SOMEONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - I'M RETURNING IT FOR A FULL REFUND - DO NOT BUY
